Healthy Goals for 2010

1. Drink plenty of water (=weight lbs/ 2)
2.Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dinner like a beggar
3. Eat more foods that grow on trees and plants and eat less food that is manufactured in plants (10/day)
4. Live with Energy, Enthusiasm, and Empathy
5. Make time for inward reflection 
6. Play more games
7. No soda, drink water or herbal tea
8. Schedule regular chiropractic appointments
9. Sleep for 7 hours minimum 
10. Take a 10-30 minutes walk daily. And while you walk, smile.
11. Quit smoking! Lower alcohol consumption.
12. Take your multivitamin-mineral (ProMulti Plus) and essential fatty acids (Optimal EFAs) daily 
13. Don't have negative thoughts about things you cannot control. Instead invest your energy in the positive.
14. Don't over do. Schedule empty blocks of time.
15. Envy is a waste of time. Focus on your true needs.
16. Forget issues of the past. Don't remind your partner of his/her mistakes. That will ruin your present happiness.
17. Don't hate others.
18. No one is in charge of your happiness except you.
19. Smile and laugh a LOT! 
20. Call your family often.
21. Hug and kiss, doctors orders.
22. Forgive everyone for everything.
23. Spend time with people over 70 & under 6.
24. Assume people have mean well.
25. Do the right thing.
26. Get rid of anything that isn't useful, beautiful or joyful.
